Viva Core @ University of Northampton

Doing things differently at Viva Core, and why not! When I was approached by Native for the opportunity to exhibit at the the Play Your Way Fair at the University of Northampton , I knew I wanted it to have a studio vibe and one of my first questions was if I could bring a reformer machine (cheekily brought two - act first, permission later 🤭…I mean worst case scenario would have been the movers taking one machine back 🤷🏾‍♀️).

So this was our set-up. Sadly, we didn’t get much activity / there had been some miscommunication, however, we made the most of it. I had the opportunity to teach, even amongst the exhibitors - showing how easily one can incorporate Pilates into their lives, for example, using the magic circle. You can exercise while sitting / standing / lying down - the options are endless!Come and see me for a 1:1.

It was a pleasure to meet and chat with the other businesses including Topnotch and Northantsvenue.
