Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that it may not always be possible to attend your class or consultation as planned.
To ensure fairness and continuity for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling for individual classes. To cancel a subscription, four weeks notice is required. This allows us the opportunity to offer the space to someone else.
Cancellations for individual classes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the class price.
Similarly, cancellations for subscriptions made with less than four weeks notice will be charged in full for the month.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and will work with you to see how cancellations can be minimised either through class swaps or otherwise - this will be developed as we grow.
