Pre-hab · Post-op · Injury Rehab

Post-op & injury rehab Pilates in Northampton, before and after surgery.

A specialist Pilates programme in Northampton for women preparing for surgery, recovering from an operation or working through injury and chronic pain. Delivered as private one-to-one sessions with our injury-qualified instructor, and progressed into small-group Reformer classes when you're ready.

A plain, light pink background with a smooth gradient.

Many of the women we support have been told to "wait it out" or "just rest". That's rarely the whole answer. Rehabilitative Pilates offers something more useful: gentle, structured, progressive movement that respects your body's timeline while actively rebuilding strength, mobility and confidence.

Movement that meets you where you are

Who this is for

Pre-surgery

conditioning

Preparing for a hip, knee, hysterectomy, breast, back or abdominal procedure, enter surgery stronger and recover faster.

Post-op recovery

A supported return to movement after surgery, respecting your consultant's guidance and rebuilding at a pace that feels safe.

Chronic pain & injury

Back pain, pelvic pain, shoulder or hip issues, or old injuries you've stopped trying to fix, rehabilitated with intention.

Return to activity

Bridging the gap between physio discharge and getting back to the sport, class or life you love.

The pathway

A clear route back to your body

No open-ended packages. Every programme follows a structured pathway with clear markers for progress.

02

03

Bridging block

As strength and confidence build, we introduce elements you'll meet in group classes so nothing feels unfamiliar when you graduate.

04

Small-group Reformer

When we're both confident you'll be safe and well-supported, you move into our Reformer group of four with an ongoing option to return to privates whenever helpful.
