Pre-hab · Post-op · Injury Rehab
Post-op & injury rehab Pilates in Northampton, before and after surgery.
A specialist Pilates programme in Northampton for women preparing for surgery, recovering from an operation or working through injury and chronic pain. Delivered as private one-to-one sessions with our injury-qualified instructor, and progressed into small-group Reformer classes when you're ready.
Many of the women we support have been told to "wait it out" or "just rest". That's rarely the whole answer. Rehabilitative Pilates offers something more useful: gentle, structured, progressive movement that respects your body's timeline while actively rebuilding strength, mobility and confidence.
Movement that meets you where you are

Chronic pain & injury
