Subscriptions
All classes are payable monthly in advance for weekly or twice weekly attendance, on a subscription basis. Limited lunch-time drop-in classes are available where they are not subscribed for. On average, we recommend at least a class a week and encourage you to take the principles away / practice more often for more tangible benefits.
All classes and bookings can be cancelled at no cost with 24 hours notice, subscription cancellations require a four week notice. Unused subscription classes must be redeemed within the same month.
*Note that most of our classes are currently taught by an instructor in training and are discounted to reflect this.
