Our Services
1:1 Consultations
This is a good place to start if you need more personalised support or are unsure where to start. This is your time and will be shaped by your needs, it’s a good time to get to know you and identify how best we can help you.
These sessions will also determine if you need support from a professional such as a physiotherapist, and the options available to you.
Please note that if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby, you must book a 1:1 consultation prior to attending classes so that you can be supported safely.
We have partnered with Mama’s Physio Expert in Northampton & Physio Reform in London for physiotherapy services. More info on the Community page.
Specialist Reformer & Equipment Pilates
We offer intimate, small-group reformer / equipment Pilates classes with a maximum of five people per class. These sessions are designed to help you improve your core strength, have a better awareness of your body and minimise pain.
Our work is rooted in a deep understanding of women’s bodies across different life stages, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause.
Our classes will provide the space for you to switch off and focus on yourself.
1:1 classes are available if you would like personal sessions.
Community Pilates Classes
As part of our commitment to community and corporate social responsibility, we offer one FREE ‘Core Foundations’ class every other week (maximum of five), aimed at those who would like to participate but cannot afford to.
Our aim is to improve community cohesion and promote connection through movement and education.
For mothers navigating barriers to care, these sessions offer an accessible option.
Diastasis Recti (DR) assessments
We will assess you for DR and support you with a recovery plan.
This is a service that’s close to our Founder’s heart, given her personal experience and struggle with DR.
Studio Bookings
Our beautiful studio is available for private hire, it’s equipped with four high quality BASI Systems Reformer machines and is suitable for private sessions, small group classes, or personalised training experiences.

This will differ from person to person, more importantly, you have to be cleared by your Doctor. If you have recently had a child, we recommend an initial consultation with our Physio before beginning classes.
