1:1 Consultations

This is a good place to start if you need more personalised support or are unsure where to start. This is your time and will be shaped by your needs, it’s a good time to get to know you and identify how best we can help you.

These sessions will also determine if you need support from a professional such as a physiotherapist, and the options available to you.

Fees start from £65 per session

Reformer & Equipment Pilates

We offer intimate, small-group reformer Pilates classes with a maximum of 5 people per class. These sessions are designed to help you improve your core strength, have a better awareness of your body and minimise pain.

These classes will provide the space for you to switch off and focus on yourself.

1:1 classes are available if you would like personal sessions.

Small-group classes are £25 per session

1:1 classes are £60 per session

Community Pilates Classes

Our community classes are in bigger groups and open to everyone. Our aim is to improve community cohesion and promote connection through movement.

For mothers navigating barriers to care, these sessions offer a more accesible option.

Community Matwork classes start from £12 per session

Community Reformer classes start from £18 per session

Diastasis Recti (DR) assessments

We will assess you for DR and support you with a recovery plan.

This is a service that’s close to our Founder’s heart, given her personal experience and struggle with DR.

Fees start from £45 per session.

Studio Bookings

Our beautiful studio is available for private hire, it’s equipped with four BASI Systems Reformer machines and is suitable for private sessions, small group classes, or personalised training experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, although our classes and consultation services are designed primarily for women, and the studio pace is tailored and supportive.

    If you don’t fall into this demographic, check out our community classes.

  • No, you don’t need a referral. However, if you have recently had a baby or have health issues we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider and obtaining clearance before beginning any classes.

  • Our services are specifically tailored to pre- & postnatal needs with the support of expert women’s health professionals. At Viva Core, we focus on the mothers and mothers to be. We recognise that there is a robust pathway in place during pregnancy but the postnatal journey is less served and we are here to help map it out.

  • 1:1 Consultations can be offered in person or online.

    Our Pilates classes are all in person to begin with and we hope to expand this offering. Sign up to our mailing list and we will keep you informed of changes.

  • This will differ from person to person, more importantly, you have to be cleared by your Doctor. If you have recently had a child, we recommend an initial consultation before beginning classes.
